We couldn’t be the school that we are without our amazing volunteers. From classroom parties, listening to Bible verses in the hallway, celebrating teacher’s birthdays, school wide service days, and preparing hot lunch — it takes a village here at LCS. Thank you to each one of you who give your best and serve selflessly at our school every day!
Serving is more than just filling a void; it’s a tangible way to model Christ’s love in even the most simple ways.
Why serve at Lifegate Christian School?
- Jesus came to serve so we should too. (Mark 10:41-45)
- Serving builds community and forms friendships. There’s something about working together to accomplish the same goal that can bring unity and connection with other parents/grandparents.
- Serving allows an opportunity to see your child in their element at school and meet his/her friends! It’s helpful to match the names with faces that your child mentions at home.
