Not all of us are skilled enough to be flown to Denver for the weekend to mix sound for the Broncos vs. Vikings game, but our very own Mrs. Erin Green is! (See photo for proof) If you enjoyed watching that football game last weekend, credit goes to Erin for making the audio sound exceptional!
If you haven’t met Erin in person yet, it’s likely you’ve talked to her over the phone or exchanged emails about your student, as she serves our school in the role of Front Desk Receptionist. We are so grateful to have her on our team here at LCS.
While she is gifted in many areas here at the school office, one of her most unique skill sets is that she’s a highly talented live and post production audio engineer. Erin spent her career mixing sound for various television programs and sporting events featured on NET, ABC, ESPN, FOX, BTN, and CBS. She knows her way around a soundboard so well she can mix sports commentators, music, coach’s mics, screaming fans, and tv commercials simultaneously; it’s a work of art.
[The rest of us have to turn down our music just to see while we’re driving]
When Erin isn’t answering your phone calls, emails, the school front door, assisting ill children, entering attendance and lunch orders, distributing medication, applying band-aids, sending and receiving school records, OR working professional football games, she spends time with her husband and two daughters, who also attend school at LCS.
